Diabetic Foot Care

diabetic foot careDiabetes is a syndrome that can affect many parts of the body such as the eyes, kidneys, heart and circulation, nerves and the feet. The feet are very much at risk of acquiring infections due to wounds from:

  • Blisters
  • Cuts and abrasions
  • Poor fitting footwear
  • Abnormal foot structure

With proper assessment and routine footcare by a qualified Chiropodist, many of these diabetic foot complications can be treated and/or prevented. At the West Mountain Footcare Clinic, we see many diabetics for routine foot assessments and treatment. We take special care to examine and re-examine your feet to ensure that any problems that arise are detected and treated to the best of our abilities.

This is our promise to your, our patient.
